This is the last of the summer get togethers before the Autumn season starts. Tonight we’re going to be very close to home with our get together venue being “Garyhinch Woods”. This forest is on the road between Mountmellick and Portarlington and is very close to both Portarlington Golf Club and Michael Moore car sales. This is a very popular woods with walkers and there should be plenty here for everyone, toadstools and mushrooms should be in plentyful supply and there is a small river and bridge (this is the bridge where Con took that award winning image) and don’t forget you can just come along for the chat, there’s always plenty of banter at these outings. This one is local for all so a strong turn out is expected.
